Circus Up has created a list of resources on Google Classroom that are relevant to social circus work, though are great for all circus educators interested in making their classes more inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive. We would like to share these publicly and are happy to take suggestions or feedback. Currently, the raw material is on Classroom and we will be working to add descriptions and discussion boards.
You must have a google account to access the page. If you have never used classrooms before, there are instructions attached on how to join the class.
We hope this will be a useful resource, especially during this time of social distancing when there is a little more time for professional development.
Step 1: Go to www.classroom.google.com and sign in to your google account.
Step 2: You should see this page. Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner to join a class (circled in red below).
Step 3: Enter the class code: wa3cez4
Step 4: You will be brought to this page. Click on classwork at the top of the page (circled in red).
Step 5: Enjoy!
